Uxbridge United FC 

on the 28th September our club celebrated our togetherness by hosting a sign on day where each player had the opportunity to have a photo shoot via the photography company "club Ledgends". At Uxbridge United we want the players to feel professional so Each player from all of our teams came together and had their photo taken professionally. Then they signed on the dotted line with the club chairman Ryan Campin. 

this was definitely a day to remember for the club and a day all of our super stars won't forget! 

Uxbridge united first ever JPL fixture 

On Saturday 14th September Uxbridge United Gold under 13's played their first fixture against Titans FC in a thrilling contest which Uxbridge United came out on top with an impressive 5-4 win

Uxbridge United Football tournament!

On the 24th & 25th of August 2024 Uxbridge United FC hosted their first ever tournament hosting 300+ players. The tournament was a huge success with lots of happy coaches & parents and players!

 

Under 12's Dominate the Brookhouse tournament 

Sunday 22nd July our under 12's squad set out to compete in the prestigious Brookhouse Fc tournament. The boys began with two very strong displays getting 4 points from their first two games, the boys continued this all the way through the group without losing a game nor conceding a goal!! The under 12's qualified for the highest competition ( the Cup ) competing against the strongest teams. After a tough quarter final match the match went to penalties, where the Uxbridge boys held their nerves and came out victorious. Moving onto the semi finals , only one step away from the final..... a very intense back and forth contest from two very good teams was settled from an outrageous goal directly from the corner from the Uxbridge midfield maestro !!!!! The Uxbridge boys have one hand on the trophy  but up came a very strong Brunswick team in the final! After 8 minutes of fantastic football on show the game was set to be decided on penalties. This wasn't a ordinary penalty shootout! There was over 100 people watching on from the sidelines to create a stadium like atmosphere. With each team missing one penalty it's was down to sudden death.... with both goalkeepers playing a massive part the shootout out went on for a very long time.... until one Uxbridge United player slotted away a cool and composed penalty. Uxbridge United u12's went the whole day UNBEATEN WITHOUT CONCEDING A SINGLE GOAL

Sunday 7th June 24 our under 12's took part in a local tournament at Explorers FC! With two of our teams competing in the tournament we had high hopes for both teams. At the end of the group stages both teams found themselves in the knockouts after qualifying through the group stage!! In the semi finals one of our team breezed through with a comfortable 2-1 win and the other team unfortunately lost 1-0 with conceding a very unlucky  goal. With the trophy in our sight the boys took to the pitch with lots of supporters watching on from the side line cheering both teams on! Tough game against a strong Wealdstone side in the final with both sides creating opportunities, Uxbridge United  stayed strong and composed and scored a well worked goal to take the lead. Uxbridge dug in deep and controlled the rest of the game..... Uxbridge united under 12's were the Explorers 2024 trophy winners!!!!! The club couldn't be prouder

 

 

Our u12's take on the Bushey Rangers FC Tournament 

 

30th June - Uxbridge United took on the unknown, the lads went down to Watford to play in the Bushey Rangers tournament and they didn't disappoint, it was fair to say everyone knew who Uxbridge United were!. The boys won their group by winning 3 and drawing 1 , scoring 10 goals conceding 0! Yes 0! The boys qualified for the semi final against a strong side who had answeres for everything Uxbridge had to offer. With the game finishing level at 0-0 it was times for penalties, unfortunately Uxbridge United u12's fell short and were eliminated at the semi final stage. But we have ensured the boys that they know all the coaching staff and parents are extremely proud of their efforts. 

 

Uxbridge united held their first training session this week for the under 7's & under 8's! Well done to all the kids who attended and we look forward to seeing you next week
